Meet our Meat!

Today we are featuring our delicious Veal Chop for all you meat lovers out there.  Costanzo does an amazing veal chop, perfectly cooked and tasting delicious.  Just hearing it sizzling away in the pan is enough to get your juices flowing!

Cooked in lemon and white wine with a few other ingredients thrown in, the meat remains moist and tender with a taste to die for!  This dish is not for the faint hearted, it’s a big chop so always make sure you leave enough room after your starter!  Costanzo always likes people to feel at home in the Caprese and if you feel like picking it up with your fingers to get the last remaining piece of meat, he doesn’t mind and actively encourages it!  Mopping up the sauce with our gorgeous Italian bread is a must and don’t worry about mess, finger bowls can be provided if needed!  If you are wearing an expensive outfit and are worried about stains, fear not, we have beautiful designer 😉 bibs that can protect you from flying gravy!  Try the veal chop with our spinaci which is sauteed in garlic, oil and chilli and some home-made chips (if you have room!), I’m sure you would agree it really is a delicious dish!
